Acquisition Manager

Rock Consultancy is currently looking for an Acquisition Manager to work for a leading online gaming company in Gibraltar. The ideal candidate should be able to creatively approach any potential partner, deal and convert it into a source of traffic.

Responsibilities:



• Accountable for delivering players across all brands and markets through Affiliate, Online, Paid Search channels.

• Working closely with head of marketing on implementing overall marketing strategy

• Plan all marketing activities for the business through the Budget/Forecast process

• Work closely with respective teams to handle key affiliates and to develop ways of working with them in generating value

• Source profitable players that represent positive value to the business – Net contribution = LTV – less bonuses and cost of acquisition

• Building new affiliates relationships and negotiating deals with these partners.

• Manage all affiliate & online activities, including the management of key messages, copy and creative solutions through to live placement, optimization and evaluation; ensure that all campaigns and activity are consistent with both Brand values and overall campaign themes as well as deliver planned ROI

• Manage delivery of Online campaigns from creative requests to ROI analysis

• Work closely with Search team in developing SEO paid activities from conception to ROI analysis

• Responsible for the selection, management and evaluation of support agencies and technology partners required to deliver the affiliate plan, including contract negotiations (with Head of Marketing), target setting, KPI setting and evaluation, reporting and relationship building

• Responsible for ensuring that all affiliate, online media and paid search activities are sufficiently monitored, tracked and evaluated in order to deliver ROI

• Accurately record all purchase orders/bookings, affiliate/media costs, bonus and promotional costs and other expenditure and report on a weekly and periodic basis; ensure that all affiliates are rewarded appropriately and paid accurately

• Responsible for delivering clear, concise and reliable reporting across all activities to key stakeholders

• Lead the interactive & physical presence at significant Affiliate & other respective marketing forums and offline events (where appropriate)

• Work closely with legal and compliance team to make sure that all activities are in-line with legislation and approved accordingly

• Understand and manage change effectively and experience of working in a high change culture with multiple locations an brands

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple streams of work and prioritise accordingly

• Resilient character with the ability to create/drive change across a range of key stakeholder groups

• Good knowledge of CPM and CPC campaigns is an essential part of this role.

• Some knowledge of industry tools like income access would be welcomed

• Key skills should include:

o At least 1 year gaming industry experience (preferbly)

o Highly organized, enthusiastic and persuasive

o Excellent business development and communication skills with strong negotiation skills

o Keen and very detailed focused but also being able to see a big picture

o Hard working and ambitious

o Fluent in both spoken and written English.
