Rock Consultancy have been asked to recruit a Management Accountant for a leading online gaming company in Gibraltar. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a timely and accurate preparation of the periodic management accounts, and ensure that all accounting processes and procedures are accurately reported.

Accountabilities:



• Ensure that the periodic management accounts are delivered according to reporting deadlines

• Ensure that all necessary accounting adjustments are posted each period in order to produce accurate management accounts

• Ensure that any new systems, processes or initiatives are accurately captured and reported in the management accounts

• Produce and deliver insightful analysis on Group KPI’s and other ad-hoc analytical projects

• Maintain close control of balance sheet; ensure that balance sheet reconciliations are undertaken each period, with all reconciling items investigated and resolved promptly



Skills/Experience



• Newly Qualified accountant with excellent academic background.

• Significant experience in management accounting and reporting, preferably within a customer-facing online business

• Excellent technical and accountancy skills

• Strong Excel skills

• Good written communications skills

• Experience in using reporting tools is desirable

• Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively with and develop good working relationships with staff at all levels

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Well organized with ability to deal with high volume of work and ability to work well to deadlines
